Under Colorado law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to section 13-21-119, Colorado Revised Statutes.

Pine Cliff Ranch is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for horse owners, riders, guests, and visitors. Horses are inherently unpredictable animals, and participation in equine activities involves risks that cannot be completely eliminated. All visitors are encouraged to exercise appropriate caution while on the ranch.
